Nice to meet you all. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to grow as a clinician while supporting others. The first half of my career I spent working with adolescents in schools and in their homes as a therapist. I gained a deep appreciation for their resilience, insight and growth. I currently work with adults who have both mental and physical challenges providing compassionate, person-centered care.
My specialty is being relatable and making people comfortable in therapy. My unique perspective helps you recognize your strengths to become the person you want to be and live the life you want to live. Together, we will assess all aspects of your life, use a variety of proven therapies that suit you, and find the best ways to challenge unhelpful thoughts.
My name is Stephanie Bailey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults providing trauma informed care in Central/Northern, New Jersey. I obtained my Master’s degree from Rutgers University in Social Work. I have worked with a variety of individuals in various settings involving mental health, education, in-home therapy, and child welfare. My life experiences have fostered my evolution into a practitioner that provides a unique style of therapy that incorporates all domains of your life body, mind, and spirit. I view my work with clients as being very collaborative and enjoy working with clients from various cultural and religious backgrounds. My goal is to help my clients live holistically by guiding them through the process of being present and intentional in all aspects of their daily lives.
I'm a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in holistic care for high-achieving professionals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I completed my residency at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, a clinical affiliate of Rutgers, with a background in neuroscience and psychology from UC Davis.
I’m Gretchen Raring, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health therapist with 20+ years helping people of all ages navigate life’s toughest challenges—including trauma, mental health struggles, addiction, veterans’ issues, homelessness, and involvement in the criminal justice system.
