

I have a Masters in Social Work and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2014. I have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfullness and I am trained in EMDR.
I am an LCSW and have been licensed since 2011. I am Patient-Centered, focused on ensuring that the interventions are supportive and effective.
I have worked with adults, children, and families with a wide range of complexities, providing communication and coping skills. I have also worked with the older adult population and persons with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in providing support so that you can have a more meaningful life.
I've been a teacher, adult literacy director, a case manager and now a therapist. I have two Masters one in Education and the other in Social Work. When I learned cognitive behavioral therapy, CBT, I knew that would be my specialty. I include practice work for clients to learn and use the CBT skills consistently.

Originally from India, I lived in Singapore before moving to San Diego, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology.
