I've worked in Private practice, case management at a non-profit organization and with kids and adults with varying diagnoses like anxiety, depression, ADHD and OCD. I prefer working with new moms and parents in general. I also have an ADHD certification and work with adults with ADHD. I only see clients ages 18+ at this time.

Hi I am Nora, a therapist with over a decade of experience serving teens to mature adults. I help people pick up the pieces after something terrible has happened in their life. My specialty is trauma and things adjacent to trauma like grief, anxiety and depression. The most common transitions I help clients work through include; break up/divorce, medical issues, civilian life, parenthood, retirement, family changes, loss of loved one, career changes, abuse, or past traumas.
I believe in the transformative power of understanding and embracing our personal narratives as a courageous step towards acceptance and healing. I have dedicated my career to supporting youth and their families through a trauma-informed lens. In all aspects of my life, my passion converges to drive positive change, amplify voices, and celebrate the beauty of human expression.
