I have worked with many different populations and people struggling with a variety of concerns. I am particularly interested in working with adults and adolescents experiencing ADHD, depression/mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions.
I earned a Master of social work from Simmons School of Social Work and I am licensed in Massachusetts as an independent clinical social worker.
As a licensed independent clinical social worker, I bring years of both lived and professional experience to my practice . As a more mature clinician, I have worked with young people trying to navigate their lives more effectively with compassion, humor and collaboration. It is my privilege to walk beside you as you walk this path to healing.
My multi-cultural experience and approach have taught me that there are many ways to look at the world and oneself. Your life story is unique, and together, we will explore how to bring about desired changes in your life and relationships. I work with trauma, anxiety and life changes, and have experience both in community and hospital settings.
