I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported. I work with children, individuals, and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I support clients in managing anxiety, healing from trauma, and building healthier relationships by creating a space where they can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and others.
