Hello ~ My name is Georgia and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work. My life experience, education and extensive professional training has brought me on a wonderful journey of helping others. I focus on creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared in a nonjudgemental space. As a therapist, it's an honor and privilege to be part of the lives of my clients and the ability to walk along with them in their most vulnerable times.
I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (English/Spanish) with experience supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief. I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. I have worked with diverse populations in community mental health, medical settings, and private practice. My goal is to walk alongside you in your healing journey and help you reconnect with your strengths, resilience, and sense of hope.
I bring more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I received my Master of Social Welfare from UCLA, and my work in group homes, schools, and community-based nonprofits has shaped my understanding of how emotional, academic, cultural, and environmental factors influence well-being.
I specialize in working with Latino and bilingual families, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating life transitions, societal expectations, identity exploration, and the daily stressors and anxiety that can come with simply being human. Many of my clients feel pressure to “have it all together,” even when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. My role is to help you slow down, reconnect, and move forward with intention.
I have a Master of Counseling Degree and am a Bilingual/Spanish-speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 20 years of experience providing individual, child, and family counseling services, including to our military families. I am well-versed in treating childhood issues, mild Autism, anxiety, adjustment difficulties/Life changes, anger management issues, depression, parent-child relations issues, school issues, and relationship issues in children, preteen to adults.
I am a licensed therapist with over twenty five years of experience. My background includes working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds, spanning various ages and life stages. I am dedicated to helping make a difference in the well-being of my clients' lives. My clients have shared with me that they find me easy to talk to in session. Many have returned to work with me years later.
I have worked in the field of social services for over 31 years. I have experience working with adult survivors of child abuse, child neglect, domestic violence, commercial exploitation, and rape. I have experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, divorce, family separation, and caretaker fatigue. I also have experience working with adults dealing with significant life/career changes, and those dealing with crisis situations.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just plain tired of trying to figure everything out on your own. Maybe anxiety keeps you up at night, or depression makes it hard to find the motivation to get through your day. Perhaps ADHD has you juggling a million things at once, but nothing feels like it's getting done. Maybe you're in the midst of a big change; a new role, shifting family dynamics, or health challenges and you're not sure how to navigate it all. I want you to know that you don't have to do it alone. Life doesn't always go as planned, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming to carry. We can find a way forward together.
As a doctoral-level psychologist with over twenty years in the field, I provide a grounded and straightforward space that is warm but stays focused on real change. I specialize in helping you uncover the deeper patterns that keep you stuck, while giving you the actual, evidence-based tools needed to handle life as it happens. My approach is about balancing the 'why' of your past with a clear 'how' for your future, ensuring you have a partner who is truly in the work with you.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both Arizona and California, I offer a compassionate, direct, and evidence-based approach to therapy. With over a decade of clinical experience, I specialize in helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I’ve worked across diverse care settings—including private practice, crisis centers, residential facilities, and telehealth platforms—offering me a deep understanding of how to meet clients wherever they are in their healing journey. My clients often tell me they feel heard, empowered, and supported in discovering practical tools for lasting change.
