As a licensed mental health therapist with a decade of experience, I am eager to extend my warmest welcome to you. I look forward to our upcoming sessions where I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment, a space where you can be truly heard and supported.
Hello and Welcome! Hola y Bienvenido! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish). In life, many of us experience a series of events either positive or negative. Such events impact us the way we respond to life circumstances, the way we view ourselves, and the world around us. I want to help you overcome the trauma and help you regain back your strength and power. Through our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to heal from your past and/or current stressors that are affecting you. We will work towards identifying triggers, self-insight work, self-awareness, acquiring healthy coping skills, and decreasing symptoms. I specialized in working with tweens/adolescents, adults, and older adults from all different backgrounds, many of whom have experienced various traumas in their lives. Whatever your needs may be or reasons for seeking therapy, I am here for you.
Starting therapy isn't easy, but scheduling your first session is often the hardest part of the entire journey. You’ve already done the heavy lifting by showing up.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years with a variety of different populations. From kids and adults with special needs, individuals who have been impacted by the justice system, individuals who are working through addictions, and sexual relationship challenges.
Treatment topics that I have experience with include anxiety, trauma, depression, personality disorders, relationships and sexual health topics, addiction, and other various topics.
Hello and welcome! I’m Chloe Lucas, LMFT, and I’m here to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, challenges, and experiences. Whether you’re navigating trauma, managing anxiety, or seeking connection, I’m here to help you uncover new pathways to healing and growth.
I am the daughter of Salvadoran immigrants, a first-generation doctoral student, a sister, an aunt, and a proud dog mom to my 10-year-old German Shepherd, Ivy. My academic path has taken me from Santa Monica College to Loyola Marymount University, where I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Dance, and later to Pepperdine University’s Aliento Program, where I completed my master’s in Clinical Psychology.
My passion is to expand mental health accessibility and bridge gaps through a Multicultural and Attachment-based framework. Grounded in a community-centered approach, my therapeutic philosophy prioritizes healing and wellness by integrating the arts, education, and culturally attuned practices.
