Drew University of Medicine and Science, combined with over 10 years of experience in the field, enhances behavioral health training and promotes the most positive treatment outcomes.
I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, integrative mental health care for children, teens, adults and older folks. My approach combines evidence-based medicine with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed therapy. I integrative treatment modalities such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR and play/art/pet therapy. The care you will receive is collaborative, calming, and deeply human as we underlying patterns and life experiences that shape well-being.
I am a dual certified psychiatric and primary care nurse practitioner ready to partner with clients to meet their mental health goals. I was trained at UCSF as an adult primary care NP with a Masters of Science in Nursing, then completed a post masters program at UCD as a psychiatric mental health NP. I specialize in helping patients optimize their mental and physical health through medication management, counseling and lifestyle changes.
